Why I love this craft

Once Dollar Tree added window clings to their seasonal/holiday section, I knew there would be TONS of craft projects added to my “must-make” list, and this window cling mini sign is just that. There is so much you can do with mini wooden signs and adding window clings is one of them.

This is a craft project that uses minimal supplies and you’ll most likely have everything you need on hand besides the sign and window clings. Or, if you’re like me, you will have picked up a few of these while gathering supplies for something else.

Why is mod podge a must-have for crafters?

Mod Podge is a versatile, water-based sealer, glue, and finish all wrapped up in one. It can be used in a variety of crafting projects, and acts as an adhesive that provides a durable, clear finish that seals and protects surfaces.

Most crafters use Mod Podge because it dries quickly, is easy to clean up with soap and water, and is available in different formulas, including matte, gloss, and outdoor versions.

The inspiration for this craft:

Earlier this year, for Easter, I made a Dollar Store Easter Decoupage Tray that used window clings and I loved how it turned out. Although I love my Cricut machine dearly, using window clings makes it much easier to transfer a cute pattern or design onto another surface.
